Delivery & postage
Delivery is by Royal Mail and we usually try to send out orders the next day after your payment is confirmed.
We have over 700 items in our catalogue. We keep a large stock of products from the main traditional music labels as well as independent releases and we are constantly sourcing new stock which we think will interest our customers. More obscure CD titles are not kept in stock continuously and are subject to availability. It will usually take from 1 to 2 weeks to re-stock these items and occasionally they will be out of print or unavailable. In the event that an item you have ordered becomes unavailable we will notify you by email and refund you in full.
If you do not receive your order in 14 days please contact by telephone or email.
When you complete your order using our shopping cart the cost of postage and packing will be added automatically, at the following rates, which are based on current Royal Mail prices.
U.K. addresses 1 - 2 items = £1.70 3 - 4 items = £3.20 5 - 7 items = £5.50 8 - 10 items = £10.32 11 or more = free
European countries 1 - 2 items = £5.50 3 - 4 items = £8.50 5 - 7 items = £9.50 8 - 10 items = £10.50 11 or more = £13.50
Rest of the World 1 - 2 item = £7.50 3 - 4 items = £12.50 5 - 7 items = £14.50 8 - 10 items = £17.00 11 or more = £22.00
Extra deep CD cases or DVD cases, are charged at the rate for two CDs, due to there size. and book delivery costs are calculated by weight.
